Pierre de Gaillande is a New York-based multi-instrumentalist composer, songwriter and producer with a commitment to social justice. He has scored feature films, television, commercials and dance, and toured and recorded with countless bands all over the world. He continues to perform in the US and abroad with his various musical projects including Body Kite, Bad Reputation, Melomane, Open Kimono and others. Pierre runs California Hill Studio in Putnam County, NY. He recently collaborated on an album titled “Working Batterie Vol. 1" with acclaimed bassist Mike Watt, featuring Nels Cline, Tony Scalzo, Georgia Hubley, Robert Walter, Kenny Wollesen, and others.
